Wow, my stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a slight burnt rubber smell when the AC was on. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to make our weekend fantastic. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown Jamestown. The dining was a bit lacking, though the freshly baked European bread was a nice touch.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and with beautiful views of the water. However, the dining options were a bit lacking. The hotel offers great value for the money.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with great, helpful attitudes from the staff who were very accommodating. They even went above and beyond to fix a reservation mix-up, ensuring we had a wonderful long weekend stay.
